Course Overview
This course provides an introductory framework for understanding the core components of job development. Participants will gain insights into the principles of job development, the role of job customisation, and strategies for effectively engaging with clients and employers. The course also covers practical approaches for analysing and adapting job roles and ensuring successful workplace accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
Developed based on the evidence base for employment practice underpinned by person-centred practice principles, it is not a sales course. Relationship-based underpinned by mutuality.
