This certificate provides comprehensive training in Discovery, designed to meet the needs of employment professionals who wish to deliver employment services with fidelity to the practice evidence. This course is designed to give you the knowledge to deliver employment services within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or any disability employment service. Allowing you to deliver a practice that is an authentic person-centred employment service. Once successfully completed you will be certified in the basics of Discovery which can lead to additional study with us to achieve the full CDERP Certified Customised Employment Professional.
