This course is designed to meet the needs of the modern Disability Employment Professional who works across multiple disability employment areas. The CDERP Certified Disability Employment Specialist has the knowledge and capacity to meet the demanding needs of a multi-focused disability employment system that demands an understanding of open and supported disability employment systems. In short, you are a true professional focused on meeting client needs in a person-centred way, whether the client is an individual, an employer or the system itself.
As a specialist, you’ll recognise the competing agendas of the political, system, service provider and legislative systems while meeting the needs of the individual seeking your support to gain employment. This extensive course is designed to meet your needs and recognise your commitment to excellence in service provision. You’ll be rewarded with peer recognition and the CDES post-nominal.
